Freedom, Unity, and Celebration: 79th Independence Day

The school celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15 August 2025 with great patriotic fervor and enthusiasm. The celebration began at 9:00 am on the school ground with the presence of students, staff, and management.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mr. Havaldar Shivarama N., Retired Army Personnel, who was warmly welcomed by Hiba. The programme was compered by Ayshath Fidha and Simin Fathima. Nafeesath Tamiha highlighted the significance of the day, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and the value of independence.

In his address, the Chief Guest spoke about the development of India after Independence, stressing the importance of unity and progress in nation-building. Rev. Fr. Santhosh Dsouza, Campus Director, delivered an inspiring message on the values of patriotism, freedom, and democracy, encouraging students to uphold these principles in their lives.

Following the formal function, a cultural programme was held in the school auditorium. Students presented patriotic dances, songs, and a melodrama that evoked the spirit of freedom and sacrifice. A prize distribution ceremony was also conducted to honour the winners of the Independence Day speech competition

The celebration concluded with the singing of the School Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and unity.
