KINDER CHAMPIONS MEET HELD AT UDAYA HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL

Udaya Higher Secondary School organised the Kinder Champions Meet for kindergarten kids on Thursday with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and parents. The event began at 9:30 am and continued till 1:00 pm, offering a joyful blend of sports and cultural activities for the young children.

The programme was presided over by Principal Mr. Jerald Ivan Crasta and Campus Director Rev. Fr Santhosh Dsouza. Mr. Ibrahim Mansoor, a respected parent, was the Guest for the event.

In his address, the Chief Guest appreciated the school for maintaining excellent discipline among the students. He also highlighted the school’s commitment to giving equal importance to extracurricular activities along with academics, which he praised as a balanced approach to education.

Campus Director Rev. Fr Santhosh Dsouza encouraged the children by saying that sports help build confidence, teamwork, and a healthy competitive spirit.
The Principal, in his message, expressed that the Kinder Champions Meet is a wonderful platform for children to showcase their talents. He said that sports teach good values, strengthen character, and help children grow holistically.

The event featured a colourful cultural programme, followed by various sports competitions specially designed for the little ones. Parents witnessed the performances and cheered the participants, making the occasion lively and memorable.

The Kinder Champions Meet concluded with great joy, leaving the children motivated and confident.

The school celebrated Onam with great joy and enthusiasm on 29th August 2025. The program was held soon after the completion of the First Term Examination. As part of the celebration, a Pookalam competition was conducted for the students. The Lower Primary students showcased their creativity by designing Pookalams on A4 sheets, while the Upper Primary and High School students took part in an energetic house-wise Pookalam competition. The four houses of the school displayed colorful and attractive floral designs, reflecting the spirit of teamwork and festivity. Udaya Higher Secondary School Celebrates Award Day

The school celebrated its Award Day with great enthusiasm on January 31, 2026. The programme recognised students for their academic excellence and achievements in sports. Awards were presented to four students Alwin Sijo, Ansar Athiz, Ashika, and Shifa for securing A+ grades in the 2024–2025 academic year in 10 std kerela state exam. In addition, eight students were honoured for their outstanding performance at the State Level Softball Tournament. As well as students were honoured who received A+ grade in Kalolsavam and Sasthrolsavam competition. The vibrant campus of Udaya Higher Secondary School, Manjeshwar, came alive with colours, music, and creativity as the much-awaited School Kalolsavam 2025 unfolded on October 04, 2025.
